Made in Germany: All Bette BetteFloor Side shower trays are made in Germany. Since 1952, the quality manufacturer has been producing its products in Delbrück, where it has created high-quality architectural bathroom elements. A highly engineered production process makes it possible to deliver about 35 million different model, dimension and color combinations within a very short time from the factory.

Glazed Titanium Steel: Bette BetteFloor Side shower trays are made of durable glazed titanium steel. Thanks to their particularly thin materiality, they are lightweight and exceptionally resistant. The special evenness of the shower surfaces is achieved through a decades-long perfected wet-on-wet enamel process. Here, three wafer-thin layers of a special enamel formula are permanently bonded to the titanium-steel body in two firings at 850 degrees. The resulting purely natural material combines the freedom of form of steel and the optical, tactile and hygienic properties of glass. Its high internal flexibility ensures the reliability and durability of Bette BetteFloor Side shower trays.

Unique deep-drawing process: Thanks to an unique shaping technique the sophisticated design of the Bette BetteFloor Side shower trays is possible. It does not stretch the steel, but pulls it with the power of 800 tons flowing into the mold. This special process achieves the highest precision and a particularly low, uniform steel thickness. The basic shape is then individually configured by dimensionally variable trimming and machining of the outer edges. As part of this automated series production, more than 600 different colors and numerous additional features are available across all Bette products. 

Sustainable quality: Bette chose the natural materials glass and steel over 60 years ago - products that are 100% recyclable. The production of the skin-friendly and permanently value-resistant Bette BetteFloor Side shower trays is also completely free of chemicals and solvents. In addition, Bette generates two-thirds of the electricity consumed by its own sources. Due to the environmentally friendly production and longevity, BetteFloor Side shower trays have a first-class eco-balance and are particularly suitable for sustainable construction projects. They are verified according to the Environmental Product Declaration according to ISO 14025 and according to the U.S. Green Building Council according to LEED.
