Kaldewei Nexsys shower tray with 4-in-1 mounting system
Kaldewei Nexsys shower tray combines a design-strong shower surface made of durable Kaldewei steel enamel and a slim gutter, which fits flush into the purist overall picture. Thus, the already pre-assembled system consisting of gutter, slope support, sealing tape and shower tray can be inserted directly into the screed recess after leveling - a significant time saving for the installer. Due to the low construction height, flush mounting is possible even with a small overall depth. Since Nexsys presents itself without any interior contours, the Kaldewei Nexsys shower trays are ideally suited for fitting into the tile pattern of the bathroom - like a large enameled tile with integrated gutter drainage. In addition, an optimal sound insulation is ensured by the enclosed sound insulation tape.

The 4 simple installation steps of a Kaldewei Nexsys shower surface
The Kaldewei Nexsys shower area is characterized by its 4-in-1 mounting system. All components required for the installation of the shower are already pre-assembled and thus save time when searching for the items as well as when installing the shower area - the revolutionary shower area is installed in just four simple steps.
Step 1 - Install the drain: As with conventional shower surfaces, the drain from Kaldewei Nexsys is positioned and connected in the leveled floor screed recess with a nominal shower size of + 15 mm.
Step 2 - leveling out the height: Now the leveling is done by making a screed base or - without any drying times - by using substructure elements made of hard foam. You can find information on determining the correct height in the installation instructions for your Kaldewei Nexsys shower area.
Step 3 - Install the shower area: After the height has been leveled, the support including the shower area is put on. Then connect the integrated shower channel to the drain. The pre-assembled sealing strips are then inserted into the composite seal and the tile work can be completed.
Step 4 - Insert the design panel: Finally, only the design panel is inserted. This is available in 5 different versions.
