Delivery and shipping costs

The final shipping costs result from the sum of shipping cost points of each of the products. Those shipping cost points are stored for each product. From a point number of 3,201 your product will be shipped via forwarding agency.

For products with an order value of more than 2,000€ or Shipping cost points of “0” there will be no shipping costs charged within Germany. The amount needed for free shipping will be shown in your shopping cart.

All parcel deliveries are sent with DPD.

Please find the prospective delivery time in the respective product specifications.
For deliveries abroad, the delivery time may be longer due to international shipping conditions.

The shipping costs do not include packing costs. There is no minimum order or charge for small quantities.

Attention: The prospective delivery times for orders paid with prepayment apply upon receipt of payment! This receipt of payment may take up to 4 working days.

Skybad delivers to 22 other countries outside Germany:

Austria, France, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Spain, Lithuania, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Czech Republic, Latvia, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Croatia, Finland, Italy, Slovakia, Switzerland, Estonia and Greece.

Island surcharge

For deliveries to a German group of islands we asses a surcharge of 12,00 €.

Express delivery

The express delivery is only possible for parcel-sized products in stock. The delivery is limited to the German mainland and to packages with a weight up to 31,5 kg. For every parcel the following surcharges will be raised:

 

Delivery via cash on delivery

A delivery via cash on delivery is only possible within Germany and up to an order value of 1000,- €. In case of cash on delivery payments an additional fee amounting to 7,90 € will be charged in addition to the shipping costs.

Delivery to countries outside the EU

For returns please contact us via our email-address info@skybad.de.

In case of withdrawal within the withdrawal period you have to bear the costs of return for parcels such as deliveries via forwarding agent. Packages with delivery costs unpaid cannot be accepted. Products that have been delivered by forwarding agent will be picked up. For further details please refer to the cancellation policy.

In case of an entitled return or complaint we will bear the costs of return.

Please send the product back in an overpack.
