SYR ion exchanger IT 3000, article number: 300000000. The SYR water softening system IT 3000 serves to protect the water pipes and Hot Water Heater from limescale deposits which inhibit the water flow and lead to high energy consumption. Devices and Mixer taps are spared and costly repairs avoided. The consumption of detergents and cleaning agents is significantly lower with partially softened water than with non-softened water. There are no restrictions regarding the area of application according to DIN 1988 Part 2, Section 8.3.2. The capacity of the water softening system is designed in such a way that both the entire water for a single or multi-family house as well as the corresponding partial water quantities for hot water, swimming pool, washing machine and dishwasher can be partially softened. The IT 3000 is a pendulum system. The ion exchange resin is in two separate containers. The regeneration of the exchange resin is divided into two successive cycles. During the regeneration, the two tanks take over the soft water supply alternately. This means that soft water is always available to the consumer, even during regeneration. The regeneration is carried out according to DIN 19636 with economy salting. The softening system is disinfected at regular intervals to prevent contamination. The regeneration is carried out automatically via wear-free ceramic discs. The regeneration time for both Tanks is approx. 35 min. Please also order the connection flange for IT 3000! Min.
